520 Tom Hunter Road is a 36-unit ground-up apartment community in Northeast Charlotte, North Carolina, delivered within the SPR platform through final certificate of occupancy in April 2026. The project reflects SPR's integrated approach to development, construction and long-term operations — carried from underwriting through construction to in-house property management.

Permitted construction value for the project was approximately $5.6M. SPR Construction served as general contractor for sitework, vertical construction, inspections and closeout.

Rendering

Lemongrass Townes is a planned 23-home build-to-rent townhome community in Northwest Charlotte, North Carolina, organized in 10 duplex and triplex buildings. SPR Construction is serving as general contractor, with development led through affiliated SPR entities. The project is currently in design and permitting.

The community's standardized unit design, procurement and construction systems are the template for SPR's broader build-to-rent development approach.

A comprehensive guest-room, bathroom and corridor renovation delivered floor by floor in an operating full-service hotel in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The project required sequencing renovation work around continuous hotel operations, minimizing disruption to guests while maintaining schedule certainty.

Permitted value for the renovation was approximately $1.6M, completed in 2023.

Shopton Office is a planned ground-up professional office development on the Shopton Road corridor in southwest Charlotte, North Carolina. The approximately 11,475 SF building is currently in the planning phase.

A ground-up custom residence in Waxhaw, North Carolina, delivered from sitework through finish construction. Completed in 2018, the project reflects SPR Construction's residential construction capability alongside its multifamily and commercial work.

Timber Ridge Townes is a proposed 41-unit duplex and triplex residential community on Timber Ridge Road, currently in early concept and planning. The compact residential concept plan includes private alleys, a proposed public street, common open space and stormwater control measures.
