SPR Construction LLC is a North Carolina licensed general contractor serving the greater Charlotte area. Our work spans ground-up multifamily, townhome communities, commercial projects and construction management.

That ownership perspective keeps the team focused on durable value rather than simply moving drawings through the field. Budgets are tested against how a building will actually be built and how it will actually operate.

Our work is deliberately selective. Senior leadership stays close to budgeting, consultant coordination, procurement, field execution and closeout, so the team making early decisions remains accountable through delivery.
